2016, 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge subject is Bay Beach Amusement Park in Green Bay Wisconsin and the Wisconsin State Fair. Growing up on the outskirts of Green Bay, I had the fortune to enjoy the old fashioned amusement park often during the summer. For a few dollars and a picnic basket families could enjoy the thrill of a Big Slides, Scramblers, Ferris Wheels and more. Truly one of Wisconsin's little treasures. The Wisconsin State Fair has it's advantages too! Walking the the rows and rows of fried food vendors, taking the sky glider from one end of the park to the other, finding your way to the cream puffs and watching a show or two is what it's all about.
